HBSUK is actively recruiting specialist Consultants to deliver Insourcing services on site, across various locations in England and Wales. We are supporting local NHS trusts to reduce waiting times and deliver excellent patient care.
We have immediate opportunities for Consultants on the GMC Specialist Register in:
- Cardiology
- Neurology
- Urology
- Dermatology
- ENT
- Obs and Gynae
- Trauma and Orthopaedics
- Oral and Maxillofacial
- Ophthalmology
We are also recruiting Nurses, Allied Health Professionals and Support staff including Healthcare Assistants.
Onboarding
Working with us is simple. Follow these five steps to get started:
- Create your profile: Register your details on our Workforce Portal: https://workforceportal.hbsuk.co.uk/
- Speak with a recruiter: Our team will contact you to verify your details, discuss your availability, and talk through competitive rates and flexible contracts.
- Choose your location: If you have a specific NHS Trust or Health Board in mind, we will submit your profile to them for approval.
- Complete your checks: Once approved, we’ll ask you to complete your compliance information in the Workforce portal. This is where you’ll upload documents like your DBS clearance, Professional Registration (where applicable) and referee details.
- Start booking shifts: As soon as your compliance is verified, you’ll be fully onboarded and ready to pick up shifts that suit your schedule.
