Having celebrated our 10th anniversary in 2022, HBSUK has now grown to be the only private company in the UK providing blended digital and physical services to patients in the private and public sector. By focussing on ‘Making Healthcare Better’ and patients we believe we are truly starting to make a difference.

We work hard, but also play hard too. Apart from an avid social calendar, with staff and charity events most months, we have 3 all-staff events each year, including our annual Staff Communications event each September, which is as much fun as it is learning.
HBSUK teams are UK wide, with 95% of our teams working remotely or hybrid working (with selected days in our Nottingham Office).

Our virtual outpatient services cover NHS and Private Medical Insured work. HBSUK are the exclusive partner to AXA Health for MSK and Dermatology triage and assessment services. We regularly refer patients for surgical interventions, which we offer to the HBSUK/AXA preferred consultant network.
